Dubai, the future of the event industrie
When it comes to meetings, events, incentives or conferences, Dubai needs little introduction. The city became a place for innovation and a hub for global trade. Here companies get oxygen to grow and that is exactly what you can expect when you organize an event here.
Dubai Business Events wanted to highlight some novelties, such as the reopening of Expo-City and Terra Solis, and together with 12 local partners, wanted to show what they are capable of and how they provide unforgettable experiences. Through their representative Interface Tourism in Paris, Thx.agency was asked to set up a high-quality event where event and incentive organizers would be immersed in the destination.
Organisation event
Thx.agency has also provided a lot of added value for our customers within the meetings, events, incentives and conferences sector. In addition to sales calls, we regularly set up events for this target group. We always look for relevant contacts who either have ongoing requests or who see the potential in the destination with existing customers who may be interested. This is much more about a targeted approach compared to leisure tourism. In addition to issuing the invitation, we mainly use a one-on-one approach where we look for the most interesting organizers based on a screening of the market. During the preparations for an event like Dubai, the emphasis was on incentive offices and PCO (conference organizers). As always, we took care of the entire organization and communication down to the smallest detail.

Succesfull event
Results
On April 20, around 25 organizers of meetings, events and incentives entered into discussions with various partners from Dubai. We deliberately opted for an informal networking event where, in addition to a short presentation, an exchange of ideas was the main focus. The gastronomic restaurant Stirwen in Brussels was the location known for the young chef of the year in 2022 by Gault & Millau. Dubai Business Events was extremely satisfied with the concrete interest and high quality of the visitors.
